Draft Multimodal Recommendations

Based on forecasted growth and development in Mesa, several of the current roadways will not be able to meet future demand. Capacity related improvement needs, such as widening existing roadways and constructing new roadways, were evaluated to identity potential needs to alleviate existing or projected traffic congestion.
