Consultation has concluded
The City of Mesa has engaged Keen Independent to create strategic plans for Arizona Museum of Natural History, i.d.e.a. Museum and Mesa Arts Center.
Strategic plans for each organization will:
- Create a compelling mission and vision statement;
- Determine strategic goals and objectives for the upcoming three-year period; and
- Identify programming, services and operational priorities to best serve the Mesa community.
The plans will be based on input from the community, organizational staff, City leadership and other key stakeholders as well as market research and analysis of each organization’s initiatives and operations.
Study Team
Keen Independent is a national arts, culture, equity and market research firm headquartered in Phoenix and Denver.
Schedule
The strategic planning process began in February 2023 and will be completed in January 2024.
